I was lucky to get an advance copy of Bob’s Burgers Burger Book. Loren Bouchard and the writers of Bob’s Burgers bring out seventy-five original recipes. Living above the 49th parallel I have to wait to get out the barbeque in order to try out these succulent burger recipes. The recipe book is beautifully illustrated with scene stills from the show. Each burger is showcased from each season with numbered episodes. This is one book that Wimpy would love to get his grubby hands on. This is a serious burger recipe book that will satisfy many of those who love hamburgers.

PEBBLES Cereal Churns Out New Light Ice Creams

Grubbits readers are well aware that throughout the years that fan-favorite foods have crossed over to other food aisles. The Flintstones’ Pebbles cereal is no stranger to food merging. Now you will be screaming for Pebbles ice-cream in both Cocoa Pebbles and Fruity Pebbles flavors. Did Van Halen Really Hate Brown M&Ms?

At the height of Van Halen’s popularity in the 80s they were notorious for specifically adding a contract stipulation that there be no brown M&Ms in their dressing room for munchies. According to David Lee Roth it was a test to make sure promoters were giving the group exactly what they demanded. If a simple thing such as brown M&Ms was overlooked, it meant security needs or the exact sound specifications the band needed to perform would be also overlooked. The boys were not divas, they were exercising their concerns for a safe concert environment.
