      Funko the makers of those cute bobblehead figurines are now making cereal. It’s funny, their customer base millennials do not gravitate to cereal as a breakfast choice.
      Millennials surveyed say that cereal was an inconvenient breakfast choice because they had to clean up after eating it.

      Taiyaki: Japanese fish-shaped cake

        These delightful faux fish are made from pancake batter and sandwiched together with sweetened azuki beans or custard. The Japanese treat is known as Taiyaki, it is just a waffle in the shape of a fish with custom filling.

          Double your pleasure with Panera’s double bowl. I know it’s a bread with two holes. Nothing to get excited about. Now you can fill your bread bowl with soups and mac & cheese. The only problem, the double bowl in only available in the test market of Philadelphia between August 5 and August 31.

            The best finger foods just got married. Meet Mr. and Mrs. Churro Bugles! Everybody is on the churro bandwagon lately. The corn chips are covered in both salt and sugar. A full-blown cinnamon sugar coating would do better justice to this great idea. It leaves a bitter taste for me, churros should not be sweet and salty. This is just a pretentious Bugle masquerading as a churro. Please get the divorce papers, this union will not last.

              There certain things that should not mix. Ice-cream and pork might be one of those. New Jersey’s pork roll-flavored ice cream is making headlines globally. The specialty dessert mixes French toast with actual pieces of pork roll. It’s like having breakfast with ice-cream. Windy Brow Farms, in Fredon Township, uses New Jersey brand “Taylor” ham and churns it in their ice-cream. You might scream at the thought of porc in your ice-cream, but New Jersey residents are squealing for more.

                    They are back! Pringles Top Ramen Chicken Flavor can be found exclusively at Dollar General. Just imagine the seasoning sachet found with ramen noodles drenched in regular Pringles. Not my cup of tea.

                      Baseball is about chillaxing and chowing down on food and drinks. The Texas Rangers have a unique food offering called the Dilly Dog. It is a hollowed out pickle with a hot dog inserted inside and covered in fried cornmeal batter. Gone are the days when you would only buy a beer and a hot dog. MLB stadiums are offering outlandish food variations of traditional stadium food. It has become a food adventure for your stomach if your wallet can afford it. When they sing at the seventh inning stretch, you better include buy me some peanuts, Cracker Jack and a Dilly Dog and whatever flavor of the month is offered in each stadium. When they say batter up, they really mean that they are frying another Dilly Dog in Texas.

It’s too bad they could not come up with a gauntlet with different flavors that you could eat from and gain imaginary super-powers. What no blueberry Captain America Jell-O, grape Thanos Jell-O, and orange Iron-Man Jell-O? They should have created a Thanos Jell-O multipack with the gem colors.
