Spicy peanut butter made in Haiti

I love peanut butter. However, I think I might pass on the spicy Peanut butter made with real scotch bonnet peppers. This unique blend is native to Haiti and produced by Lavi.

Spicy peanut butter, “manba pike” in Haitian Creole, is a homemade staple in every Haitian household. Served most often on toast at breakfast, spicy peanut butter is a uniquely Haitian twist on an American classic. Made with peanuts sourced directly from our network of smallholder farmers, Lavi Spicy Peanut Butter has a touch of Haitian scotch bonnet peppers, “piman bouk”, that makes it special.

Lavi is made with 100% natural ingredients, packed with protein, vegan, and delicious! Lavi is great for breakfast in smoothies or on toast, for baking cookies and cupcakes, and for any other tasty dishes that need an extra little kick like sauces, curries, and pad thai. Try Lavi on everything; the possibilities are endless!

Ingredients: Peanuts, canola oil, mono and diglycerides, Scotch bonnet peppers, salt.

Fun Fact: In a high-pressure environment, peanut butter can be turned into diamonds.
