Domino’s Offers Roast Beef and Gravy Pizza in Japan

    In Japan things are a bit different would be saying it mildly. When it comes to food, they have a whole cornucopia of diverse flavors. Domino’s restaurants are no strangers when it comes to pleasing the different tastes of Japanese consumers. The Roast Beef and Gravy pizza is sure to please the unusual tastes of that country. The pizza features slices of roast beef drizzled with gravy and also comes topped with spinach, mushroom, and cherry tomatoes. Rival Pizza Hut is also selling roast chicken legs in Japan this holiday season. Fried chicken from KFC is a popular choice in Japan for Christmas.

    The Compostable Pizza Box

      Who says a pizza box has to be square. The round pizza box was created by Glenn Cybulski with the help of World Centric, a world leader in compostable products. The new concept should be hitting the market this summer. The only drawback is limited printing on the round pizza box due to the box composition. How will the pizza industry take to the concept is anybody’s guess? The box is being called PizzaRound.
      Guess they will make the rounds this summer and try to convince the world to go PizzaRound.

      Walmart’s new pizza in a bag featuring Pepperoni Jerky

        Walmart is launching a new pizza slice concept. The pizza comes in a bag shaped like a traditional slice of pizza. It will be available in three flavors with pepperoni jerky. The suggested price will be $3.98 each.
        1-Pepperoni Pizza Style: Traditional pepperoni pizza flavors.
        2-Supreme Pizza Style: A meaty take on an Italian-inspired pie.
        3-Buffalo Pizza Style: A hot and spicy pie in the shape of a slice.
