It looks like Summer Freeze (formerly known as Summer Pop) is a flavor of Mountain Dew that was available for sampling at the Mountain Dew Outpost from June 4th to the 12th, 2022, at Doe Mountain in Tennessee. I’ve also learned that there will be a Zero Sugar version of this flavor released for a limited time in the United States during the Summer of 2023. Tastes like summer with none of the sugar.
Fun Fact: The original rocket-shaped but confusingly-named Bomb Pop was first invented in 1955 by D.S. “Doc” Abernathy and James S. Merritt, for Kansas City, Missouri’s Merritt Foods.
