The wheels are coming off the pumpkin spice bandwagon. Hormel, the manufacturer of SPAM, is making for a limited time a pumpkin spice version of SPAM. It will be available as of September 23rd. You can only buy exclusively at Walmart and online at spam.com.
“True to the brand’s roots, SPAM Pumpkin spice combines deliciousness with creativity, allowing the latest variety to be incorporated into a number of dishes, from on-trend brunch recipes to an easy, pick-me-up snack.”
One thing I noticed on the ingredients listed on the packaging is that there is no mention of pumpkin but referred to as spices. I do see several cinnamon sticks on the artwork. Again, not listed must be part of the mysterious spices. I am just saying.
Fun Fact: Hawaii consumes over 7 million cans of Spam products every year.
